It is Time to Laugh: A Merry Heart is written to “impart biblical knowledge about laughter.” Dedicated to all of God’s children, the author takes her sense of humor to encourage and inspire others to laugh everyday. Despite our problems, trials and tribulations the author states that, “God is good all the time.” With this in mind, she reminds all children of God that it’s the blood of Jesus that covers all of our sins, and we can laugh despite our circumstances, upbringing, family or financial status. Jackie Ruth Wilson was born to Mr. & Mrs. Clarence and Sarah Wilson in Lawndale, North Carolina on July 4th, 1952. She has six brothers and one sister (two brothers are deceased). She attended Douglas High School, but received her Diploma from Thomson High School in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She has career Diplomas in medical coding and billing and is a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Specialist. She is a Licensed Therapeutic Foster Parent and has fostered many children. She is the owner and manager of “Jackie Wilson Ministries Inc.” She is a blessing to many.

She is a divorced parent of six children. She also has twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She enjoys her family. She is an evangelist, public speaker, designer, authoress, and writer. She has published three books: My God Delivers On Time, Iraq, Their Mission and Our Journey. All are available at Amazon.com and other online stores.

God chose Ms. Wilson before the foundation of this world to represent Him on Earth. She accepted Jesus as her personal Savior at a young age. Traumatic experiences and lack of Biblical knowledge caused her to turn from God, but He never left her. She is grateful for life because God restored, delivered and healed her.
